The Purdue/Mundipharma/Napp independent associated companies are world leaders in the development of strong analgesics, and have considerable expertise in the effective marketing of analgesics, anaesthetics and palliative care products.

The companies' products are marketed to primary care physicians and through strong relationships with specialists in the areas of pain, anaesthesia, oncology, rheumatology and related disciplines. Extensive experience in medical education and communication alsounderpin the companies' ability to transform clinical practice in support of novel therapies.

Products sought include:

• Analgesics for all types of pain, including acute, chronic, muscoskeletal and neuropathic pain.
• Anaesthetic products with clear advantages over current products, including local anaesthetics.
• Products for use in a palliative care setting.

In addition to sales and marketing expertise, partners can benefit from considerable experience in the clinical development and registration of new products.

Phase II

In-licensing or acquisition on a pan-European or global basis is strongly favoured, but alternative geographical or commercial arrangements will also be considered seriously.
