APR is interested to evaluate in-licensing opportunities which fit with APR's strategy:

Innovative product opportunities preferably where the innovation is given by the drug delivery system used;

They are for Oral, Topical or Transdermal administration

Patent Protected at least in EU and US

We do not seek a specific type of business relationship: the structure of any business relationship we have entered was driven by the ultimate objective to always create a win-win relation.
Over time, APR has experienced several business relationships ranging from pure In-licensing deals to Joint Venture, Partnership or Co-development agreements.
