Out-licensing

This newly developed dose measuring technology comprises of a thin foil that dissolves readily in the mouth thereby administering the exact dosage of certain medications.

Here at Innovaro Pharmalicensing we are looking to identify partner companies that can develop this oral dose technology further.

The technology offers an alternative option to current oral medications such as hard pills and capsules that are difficult to swallow; this makes its good option for either paediatric or geriatric medication. For best use the technology should be developed using a gelatine matrix that is easy to dissolve. The subsequent foils can be coloured and flavoured therefore making them more appealing for small children.

There is no therapeutic limitation to the technology; it can be used to incorporate medications that are either taken at regular intervals or in emergency doses.

 

Early Stage

The client is looking to out-license this technology or sell it completely, to any companies within the EU or the US with the appropriate capabilities.
