The key element of the Pay-per-Click service is that costs will only be incurred when your Profile receives active page impressions, have users click through your profile to explore your website, or when you receive fully qualified enquiries directly through the Innovaro Medical Device Licensing website from users seeking additional information.

This enables you to "de-risk" your Profiling activity on the Innovaro Medical Device Licensing service by ensuring that payment is only required when users are actively exploring and reacting to your Profile online.

Costs are generated as follows (US Dollars):

• $0.50 per page impression on your Profile
• $2.50 per click-through from your Profile to your website
• $10.00 per enquiry sent directly to you through your Profile

When your Profile leads to a successful partnering agreement, a
back-end Success Fee will be applied.

Of course, and to ensure that potential partners have a smooth and continuous access to your profile, you can upgrade your maximum limit at any time.

In addition we will also email you should you start to approach your limit to remind you to upgrade your account.

How often will my credit card be charged?
At the time that you set up your Profile on Innovaro Medical Device Licensing you will be asked to nominate the credit card from which you would wish your payments be taken.

Your credit card will then be charged on a monthly basis, on the first day of every month, for the activities on your profile that have occurred during the previous one month period. We will also send you by email a monthly invoice for those payments for your records.

Will my credit card details be secure when applied to the Innovaro Medical Device Licensing service?

Should any page of your profile receive multiple impressions, web click-throughs, or enquiries from any user (cookie tracked) during any 24 hour period (4.00am UK to 3.59am UK the following day) it would only count as one action and be charged accordingly.

Will I incur costs if I am sent the same email request multiple times or if I receive "spam" email?
It is very important to us that you only receive and pay for contacts that you receive through your profile that relate to potential partnering agreements. Therefore we have put in place smart software which will minimise the risk of your receiving and being charged for unwanted contacts.

Should, though, you still receive any multiple messages or spam email please inform us immediately and we will take action to ensure that you are not charged for those contacts.

Will I incur costs if I click on my own profile?
No, any activities of authorised users of the profile would not count as actions, therefore you will not be charged for them.

What happens if I want to close my profile?
That is not a problem. Should you wish to close (or temporarily suspend) your profile you can do so at any time by visiting your personalised Company Profiling Centre. There you will see the option to suspend your profile.

Should you choose to suspend or close your profile any outstanding charges incurred through activity on your profile prior to your turning it off will be taken from your credit card at the beginning of the month following the suspension. Of course, should you subsequently wish to reinstate your profile you can do so by again visiting your Company Profiling Centre and choosing the option to reinstate your profile.

How can I get my profile set-up and active?
If you are now ready to set up your profile and put your company and your opportunities in front of individuals and organisations around the world who are seeking such partnering opportunities, then please click on the yellow "Activate my Pay-per-Click profile" button above. You will be taken by a set-up wizard through the process of creating your profile and bringing it online through a series of simple and easy-to-follow steps.

How can I update my profile?
Your profile can be updated at any time, again through your personalised Company Profiling Centre. Here you would go to the Update Your Profile section where you will easily be able to update and edit your profile, or add/remove opportunities whenever you wish.

Will my profile appear anywhere in addition to Innovaro Medical Device Licensing?
Yes, to ensure that you get the most effective and appropriate response possible from your profile it will also be posted to Innovaro Medical Device Licensing’s various sister services. The particular additional service/s will be dependent on your specific areas of activity.
